Every instructor runs live fractional engagements. What is taught is what is being done this quarter, not theory from a decade ago.

15 to 20 per cohort, by design. Monthly live intensives and confidential forums of eight mean you will know everyone in the room.

Going fractional
You are leaving, or have recently left, a full-time executive role. Your expertise is not in question. You need the craft of the fractional model: how to price, scope, run several clients and position yourself in a market still setting its standards.

Founding cohort
Shape the standard. 15 to 20 places, application only.
A practitioner-led programme and credential for senior executives building or refining a fractional practice. It is a Fractional Global initiative, taught by members of the Fractional collective of 800+ curated executives across 30 cities.
Executives with ten or more years at VP, director or C-level who are fractional now or actively making the move, and who can commit to the full programme.
An MBA teaches you to run one business from the inside. The Institute teaches you to lead several at once from a fractional seat: pricing engagements, holding scope, managing several clients and building a pipeline. Every instructor is a practising fractional executive.
It is hybrid. The foundation phase is self-paced. Cohort sessions are live, in 90-minute blocks across EMEA, APAC and Americas time zones, with in-person sessions starting in the UAE.
Each cohort takes 15 to 20 people. Every application is read individually, and we select for executive experience, commitment and what you will bring to the cohort. Every applicant hears back from us.
